General information about the apartments

When you arrive, the beds are made. A second set of sheets is at your disposal. |

The kitchen towels, bath towels and beach towels are provided in both apartments for use during your stay (no washcloths). |

A base of herbs, oils and vinegar, coffee and tea, sugar, flour, toilet paper and kitchen roll etc. are at your disposal. You can use it, but we do ask to complement, if necessary, so that the people following you may have the same facilities. |

The fridge will be on when you arrive; we offer you a chilled bottle of Cava as welcome in Crucero San Juan! |

The tap water is not fit to drink: we recommend to use bottled water for coffe and tea. You can find big water bottles everywhere so you have suitable water for very little money. Brushing your teeth is possible with tap water. |

You arrive in a cleaned up apartment and we take care of the maintenance after your departure. - For Crucero n°41 you pay €75 / stay - For Crucero n° 42 you pay €50 / stay These costs include both the cleaning and the use of the towels |

In front of the apartment, you can find the location to drop the garbage: paper – PMD – glass and residual waste. (The annual cost for this is paid by us.) |

If you want an intermediate cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged locally. |

Energy consumption is included in your rent. |
